Our service, maintenance and project operations provide clients with 24 hour/7day on-site support including emergency breakdown/service response and shut-down management.

Our maintenance packages can be tailored to meet client specific needs such as providing critical asset coverage. When engaging Omnino Engineering to work with you, you can be assured that our people operate to all relevant Australian Standards and legislation; that they are qualified in their specific fields and that they receive ongoing training to maintain currency and professionalism.

Our maintenance packages include an initial review and inspection of client assets. This enables our team to better understand client plant and equipment and it allows us to recommend appropriate solutions to suit their business. We can provide this service on an as required basis.

Where clients require call-out support or regular support on a periodic basis, we endeavour to send the same servicemen to the client. This enables us to provide clients with servicemen who are familiar with their assets so that minimum downtime is experienced.

Where call-out support is required, we provide clients with Field Service Reports that details the fault and the required steps taken to remedy the fault.

Our entire service management package includes emergency servicing and preventative maintenance solutions. This enables Omnino Engineering to work with clients so that we understand their business and provide the right advice to them. We partner them because we know equipment reliability is critical to their success.

We can develop electrical safety system policies and procedures for clients including risk assessments and work method statements. We are able to audit the client’s current systems, provide recommendations and carry-out upgrades.
