Water Treatment
At the heart of our water treatment plants is our unique "Vibrating Filtration Technology (VFT)"
The technology uses vibration to generate a shear wave across the filter membrane, preventing large suspended solids from settling on its surface. This process enables the filtration of waste streams with high levels of suspended and dissolved solids without fouling the membrane.
Omnino’s cutting-edge Water Treatment Plants feature the latest in advanced Membrane Technology, customised to meet each client’s specific needs. Our fully automated systems make the removal of pollutants simple and efficient, delivering a reliable solution for wastewater management.

The VFT process
Our Filter Membranes are subjected to rapid vibrations, oscillating at approximately 50 times per second with an amplitude of approximately 12 mm in rotation.
This dynamic movement generates a shear wave on the membrane's surface (depicted in red), effectively preventing suspended solids and pollutants from adhering to it.
This selective process allows smaller water molecules to pass through, creating two distinct streams: permeate and concentrate.

Vibrating Filtration Technology Module

The VFT Module encompasses the filter pack, vibration system, pressure pumps, valves, instrumentation, and automated control system in a single unit. This integrated design allows for seamless scalability, accommodating both small systems and large plants with simplicity.
Reverse Osmosis Systems
Our fully automated Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems feature the latest technology components. Functioning as either stand-alone units or as the final stage of VFT modules.
This versatility allows clients to reuse water in their processes, providing a sustainable and efficient solution for their specific needs.
